If you won, submit scores like this, 6-3, 3-6, 6-4 or for tiebreak 10-7.  
In this case this would mean you won the 1st set, lost the 2nd set and won the 3rd set.
If you lost, submit scores like this: 3-6, 6-3, 4-6 or tie breaker 7-10
